GM, UAW forge Lordstown local pact

LORDSTOWN — The United Auto Workers says it has agreed on a local contract with management at General Motors’ Lordstown, Ohio, assembly plant.
The plant makes small cars for Chevrolet and Pontiac about 40 miles southeast of Cleveland.
